Use of the App

Who's Spy? is provided for personal entertainment and local group play. You are responsible for using the app lawfully, safely, and respectfully with the people around you.

You may not use the app in a way that harms others, violates laws, interferes with the app or services, or attempts to bypass platform purchase systems.

Gameplay

The app generates roles and words for party-game rounds. Results are for entertainment only. Players should agree on house rules, voting rules, and round behavior before starting a game.

Pro Categories

Pro Categories is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium word categories for lifetime use on the Apple account that made the purchase, subject to Apple's App Store rules and availability. If you change devices or reinstall the app, use Restore in the paywall to recover eligible purchases.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payment card details directly. Refund requests, billing issues, and purchase disputes are handled through Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its services, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

Availability and Changes

We may update the app, add or remove categories, adjust features, or change how content is delivered. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

This app uses Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a separate agreement is provided. You can review it at Apple Standard EULA.
